How ordering works
Tell us what you need
Send us a message through the contact form, or reach us on LINE. Please let us know the item, the quantity, your tradition if it matters for the specifications, and the destination country.
We reply with details
We confirm the specifications and the price, and tell you how long the work will take. Many items are made to order, so please allow time.
You place the order
Prices on this site are shown in Japanese yen.
Shipping is billed separately
At checkout, shipping for overseas destinations is shown as ¥0. This is because the shipping cost depends on the size, weight and destination. We calculate it after the order and bill it separately.
Shipping, customs and lead time
Shipping cost
Shipping to destinations outside Japan is quoted individually, based on the destination and the quantity. It is not included in the price shown at checkout, and is billed separately after the order.
Customs duties and import taxes
Depending on the rules of the destination country, customs duties or import taxes may be charged when the parcel is received. These are not included in our prices.
Lead time
Many of our items are made to order by tailors in Japan, so the time required varies by item and by how busy the workshop is. We will tell you the expected timing when we reply to your inquiry. If you have a date you need to meet, please tell us early.
Sending several pieces together
If your temple is ordering several pieces, we can look at sending them together. Please ask us.
